Access Point Key Re-pair


You'll receive this error if there's a key synchronization problem preventing a node from properly retrieving its configuration from Datto Networking. You can fix this by clicking the Re-Pair Now button from the banner under the Network Overview or Access Points management pages.

The Re-pair option will only appear if the cloud server detects a key re-pair option is necessary.

After you click the button, Datto will send a new key to the access point which should clear the error message within two check-ins.
