Setting Your WAN Connections

The DNA can support up to two WAN connections, which you can configure from the Manage tab in the DNA's User Interface. The WAN ports on the device are Port 1 (upper left) and Port 2 (lower left).

By default, the DNA configures WAN connections with DHCP. You can also configure a static address using the steps below.

  1. Log into dna.datto.com.
  2. From the Fleet Overview, select your device.
  3. Choose the Manage tab.
  4. In the left pane, click Static Address under the Primary WAN config card.
  5. Add the appropriate Address/Subnet/Gateway information.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Follow the same steps for configuring a Static address on the Secondary WAN.
