This article provides an index of Knowledge Base content related to the configuration and use of Datto alert e-mails.
Most Datto alerts are disabled by default until you provide an e-mail address and enable them. You can configure alerts on an agent-by-agent basis, and a device-by-device basis. You can also subscribe to alerts regarding Partner Portal activity and Datto service status.
This index is broken into two categories: alerts configured through the Datto device GUI, and alerts configured through the Partner Portal.
