Why are guests able to use my internet without going through my splash page?

Answer
When you enable a splash page, it doesn't automatically enable the feature to block unauthenticated users. To force client devices to go through your splash page before they receive internet access from your network, you will also need to enable this setting.
Procedure
Your splash page must be toggled to ON in order to perform this procedure.
1. In the Navigation menu, click Access Points, then select the SSID you wish to use.
2. Click the Captive Portal tab.

3. In the Splash Page Behavior section, toggle Enable Failsafe Mode to On.
