Report types
Weekly Audit Report
The Weekly Audit Report is a CSV file describing all attempted backup runs for the week. This includes the following information:
- Service Type
- Backup Date
- Backup Status
- Successful Items
- Attempted Items
- Service Status
- Backup Run Completed within Time Range.
Checking the Deliver Report box schedules the report to be delivered at the appropriate cadence, with reports generated at 0:00am EST every Saturday. By default, this will be sent to the SaaS Protection/Backupify account admin, but you may enter an alternative email. Unfortunately, only one email address can be entered in that field.
Daily Service Status Report
The Daily Service Status Report is a CSV file describing the changes in mailbox statuses over a day. It shows which mailboxes were enabled and which were disabled during the last 24 hours. That is the report's sole purpose. If there were no changes to any mailbox status during the previous 24 hour period, the report will contain header data only, with no other content.
Daily Restore and Export Report
The Daily Restore and Export Report is a CSV file describing the status of all in-progress restores and exports.
Check the Deliver Report box to schedule the report for daily delivery, with reports generated at 3:00am EST. By default, this will be sent to the account admin email, but you may enter an alternative email. Only one email address can be entered in this field.
