How do I access my Backupify for Office 365 account?

Login procedure

For Datto partners who also purchased Backupify directly, cookies and cached login information may redirect you to the Partner Portal instead of the login screen. Datto recommends logging in through an incognito or private browsing session.

To log in to your Backupify account, go to https://app.backupify.com/login and log in with your Backupify credentials.

  • The email address is the administrative account for the Office 365 domain you specified during setup.
  • Use the password that was created at setup or the most recent if you updated it since. This password is not the password to log in to Microsoft's online portal; it is specific to the Backupify application.

Managing multiple O365 accounts

When managing multiple Office 365 accounts, each browser session can only access one account at a time. If you wish to manage multiple accounts concurrently, you must open each in a separate browser session.

Resetting a password

To reset your password, click the Forgot your password? link and you will receive instructions emailed to the administrative account for the Office 365 domain.
