How do I change the Backupify account Super Administrator? 

Environment

  • Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for Office 365 1.0
  • Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for Office 365 2.0

Answer

For Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for Office 365 2.0

First, you must add the account owner to-be as an additional administrator under Manage Administrator.  Once completed, you will need to open a support request to finalize the change of account administrator.

For Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for Office 365 1.0

To update your account's email username, create a Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection support request and include both the current administrator's email address and the new administrator's email address.
