How do I fix Metadata backup failures?


If your metadata backups are the only SObject consistently failing then please follow these troubleshooting steps in your Salesforce account:

    1. While logged into Salesforce, go to Installed Packages
    2. Click the Manage Licenses link next to all packages that have the "Manage Licenses" link.
    3. Ensure that the user who authorized Backupify has a license provisioned for the installed package. If not, add the user.
