If your metadata backups are the only SObject consistently failing then please follow these troubleshooting steps in your Salesforce account:
- While logged into Salesforce, go to Installed Packages
- Click the Manage Licenses link next to all packages that have the "Manage Licenses" link.
- Ensure that the user who authorized Backupify has a license provisioned for the installed package. If not, add the user.
