This article explains how to navigate the BCDR Status page via a mobile device.
The Mobile Layout
The mobile display features a three-column layout. By default, the layout features columns for device name, open tickets for the device, and percent of local storage used.

To learn more about a particular device, tap its name in the Device column. By doing so, you can view your device's basics such as Model and Serial Numbers, when it last checked in, and details on each of the agents the device is working with. Tapping a device opens the following screen:

Swipe up to see all agents associated with this device.
The Device column is static, but you can change the other columns by tapping the Filter icon in the upper right corner.

Doing so opens the Column Configuration screen where you can select one data type for Column A and one for Column B. Tap the empty circle in either column to populate that data into the specified column. Return to the home screen by tapping the left arrow icon in the upper left corner.
Figure 4: Custom column configuration
Certain columns will display either a green dot or a red X to indicate the device status. If the device supports multiple agents, the column will "roll up" the data, reflecting the status for the agent most in need of attention. For example, the Last Offsite Sync column will display similar to this:

In this case, the BostonSiris2 has an agent that has missed its scheduled offsite sync. Tap the device name to find the agent.
The mobile layout also offers a search feature for finding particular devices or agents. Tap the Search (magnifying glass) icon to begin a search.
Finally, if you prefer to view the standard BCDR Status view, tap the Ellipsis icon at the top of the screen and then tap Desktop View.
