Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for G Suite 1.0: What do I do if I run out of user licenses?


If you are not a direct customer (with a credit card hooked up to your service), you may need to have Support or Sales manually provision user licenses.

If you run out of user licenses, you could have unprotected users (and missed backup opportunities). To get more user licenses provisioned, reach out to Backupify customer support.
