This error commonly happens due to a lack of system resources. The Datto Windows Agent needs at least 1 GB of available RAM to function properly. The protected volume also needs enough available space; Datto recommends a minimum of 10 GB or 10% of the total space free, whichever is greater. This is necessary for the agent software to track block-level changes.
