How do I find storage amounts for Mailbox, OneDrive and SharePoint in Backupify for Office 365?

Answer

1. Log into the organizational Office 365 Account as the Organizational Admin. Click on Admin in the main menu.

2. Click on Reports in the left-hand sidebar, then select Usage.

3. Select Mailbox Usage, OneDrive Usage, or Sharepoint Usage reports from the drop-down menu in the upper left corner to find the storage for each.

On the chosen report page, select Storage from the top menu to view storage amounts. You can select the time period from the bar above the menu.
