As a Datto Partner, how do I cancel my Datto SaaS Protection client?

Environment

  • Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for o365
  • Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for G Suite

Answer

To cancel a Datto SaaS Protection partner account, contact your Datto Channel Sales Representative to initiate the request.  To avoid additional charges, cancellation must be requested by the 15th of the month. Requests placed after the 15th will be billed for another month of service.
