Premier customers
To cancel a Datto SaaS Protection account, contact your Datto Partner Success Manager to initiate the request.
Datto Partners
To cancel a Datto SaaS Protection partner account, contact your Datto Channel Sales Representative to initiate the request.
Cancellation and billing
To avoid additional charges, cancellation must be requested by the 15th of the month. Requests placed after the 15th will be billed for another month of service.
