How do I reset a Datto Partner Portal password?


  • Datto Partner Portal



1. Browse to the Datto Partner Portal.

2. From the login pop-up, select Forgot your password.

3. Enter the username and email address associated with the Partner Portal account, then click the Reset Password button. 

  • If the email address is not associated with a Datto Partner Portal account, contact your Datto Sales Executive for assistance.
  • If the email address is associated with a Datto Partner Portal account, the message will display email confirmation.

4. Check the listed email to find this message:

5. Follow the link in which will bring you to the Password Reset page. When you are finished, click the Reset Password button. Your new password must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Must use at least 3 of the following: lower case, upper case, numbers, symbols
  • Can not contain your username or the word password

6. Once complete, confirm that the password has been set by following the link to log into the Partner Portal.
