We currently give you 3 ways to restore your backed up records directly back to your Google account. You can also choose to restore data to another user.
The 3 restore methods are:
1) Single Record Restore:
You can use the single record restore feature by finding the record that you would like to restore in your archives and then you can click the 'Restore' link on the details page for that record. When we restore the record, you will see the record restored directly back to the Google account/service that it originated from. Once completed, the restored record will appear in the Google account/service under the label (Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection Restore).
2) Batch Restore:
By selecting the checkbox for multiple records/folders, clicking the blue 'Restore' button, and selecting 'Restore Selected' we can restore the selected batch of records. Using this method for Google Drive you can also select a single folder which will also restore all the files contained within that folder.
3) Full Account Restore:
Full account restores can be requested for Google Mail, Drive, Calendar, and Contacts.
The full restore process for your Google records will automatically restore your records back to the Google account/service that they originated from. To do a full restore, click the 'Restore" link on the service details page for the Google account/service that you need to restore. Once submitted, the full restore will start immediately and depending on the request volume and the amount of data, restores can take up to 2 days. The restored records will appear in the Google account/service under the label (Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection Restore).
