How do I add a subdomain to my Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for Google Apps account?

This article describes how to add a subdomain to Backupify or Datto SaaS Protection.

How do I add a subdomain to my account?
The following steps will help guide you through adding an additional subdomain to your account. Note that professional and enterprise plans can add an unlimited amount of sub-domains.

  1. Log into Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for Google Apps as the admin of your primary domain.
  2. On your dashboard, click the gear/settings menu and select the add services option. You will be brought to add services page.
  3. Click Add Domain and enter the name of your sub-domain when prompted.
  4. Click Submit

This process will add only one subdomain at a time. If you would like to add multiple subdomains you will need to re-do these steps. This is so that the correct Oauth is captured for each subdomain that you add. You will only be able to access users and data on sub-domains that are attached to your primary Google Apps domain.

Will I be charged for any additional subdomains I add?
No. We do not charge per domain added to the account. You will be charged per user that is added at the price of the plan you are on.
