How do I add a subdomain to my account?
The following steps will help guide you through adding an additional subdomain to your account. Note that professional and enterprise plans can add an unlimited amount of sub-domains.
- Log into Backupify as the admin of your primary domain.
- On your dashboard, click the gear/settings menu and select the add services option.
- You will be brought to add services page where you will see the option to 'Add Domain'
- Once clicked, you will be prompted to enter the name of your sub-domain, click 'Submit'
This process will add only one subdomain at a time. If you would like to add multiple subdomains you will need to re-do these steps. This is so that the correct Oauth is captured for each subdomain that you add. You will only be able to access users and data on sub-domains that are attached to your primary Google Apps domain.
Will I be charged for any additional subdomains I add?
No. We do not charge per domain added to the account. You will be charged per user that is added at the price of the plan you are on. For Professional it is $3.00/user per month. For Enterprise it is $4.00/user per month.
