To log in to your SaaS Protection/Backupify account, go to https://app.backupify.com/login. There are two log-in sections, and the one you use depends on your account type. For the most part, the following guidelines determine how you should log in to your account.
Log in using your Google Apps credentials:
If you have a SaaS Protection/Backupify for Google Apps account (or an older MyCloud or Pro account) attached to the domain via the Google Apps Marketplace, then you can use your Google Apps credentials to log in to your SaaS Protection/Backupify domain account. If you have a SaaS Protection/Backupify for Office 365 or SaaS Protection/Backupify for Salesforce account, skip down to 'Log in using your Backupify credentials'.
You can either:
- Log in with Google Apps from the Backupify site. Click Log in using Google.
If not already logged in to Google, you will be prompted to enter the credentials associated with your SaaS Protection/Backupify account.
- Log in directly from your Google Account. Log in to your Google Apps domain account, then click the App Cube () and click the Backupify option from the drop-down. You will be redirected to the login page.
Click Log in using Google. If not already logged in to Google, you will be prompted to enter the credentials associated with your SaaS Protection/Backupify account.
Log in using your SaaS Protection/Backupify credentials:
This will be the primary method for SaaS Protection/Backupify for Office 365 and Salesforce customers to access the application. These credentials allow you to access your backups in the event that you cannot log in using your Google Apps account. They also use the same username as your Google account but the password should be specific to SaaS Protection/Backupify. Set your credentials by logging in and clicking Account Settings > Change Password.
To log in with SaaS Protection/Backupify credentials:
