How can I search my archives for specific records?


To search through your backed up Google Apps records, you can use the search bar in the upper right corner of your account.

Search works on a per service basis; i.e. you can search through all of your Gmail backups, but must conduct a new query to search your Google Docs backups.

By expanding the search bar you can perform an advanced search which lets you search by various metadata such as email subject, document name, last modified date, and whether records have been deleted in Google Apps.
