The status of your backup job will display as "Partially Complete" if an exception occurred during the job run. Typically, this happens during long-running backup jobs, as occasionally API limitations, timeouts, and authorization issues can cause some records to drop.
Backupify does retry those records on every subsequent backup job until the record comes over. If you see the "Partially Complete" status on several consecutive jobs, you should contact Support.
