How do I reset my password for my Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for Google Apps account?


If you go to you will find a "Forgot Password" link on the page. Or, navigate to the link here.

If you have forgotten your password then please click that link. Once you click that link an email will be sent to you with a link to change your password. Please allow 10-15 minutes for the reset password email to be sent. 

If you have any issues where the password reset is not working then please create a new Support request and we will assist you in getting access to your account.
