Can I hide Notifications that persist?


Yes, you can hide any notification that you want. Go to the Notifications tab, select the user/service that you would like to hide, and then click 'Hide Notifications'.

Sometimes, settings within your Google Apps domain prevent Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection from backing up your data. When we encounter this, the offending service is disabled until you take action to repair your Google Apps settings. Use the Notifications page to help you fix these settings, and then to reschedule your backups. Please go to your Notifications tab to review the disabled services and for instructions on how to repair the problem. 

In order to cancel notifications all at once or in batches, please contact Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection Support.

Notifications will leave the Notifications page once what's suggested in the Notifications is completed or resolved.
