When running the ShadowSnap installer downloaded from, you may encounter the error "Installer Integrity Check Has Failed":

Typically, this error is caused by security measures such as web filtering. Adjust any filtering software or network security features according to the Datto Networking Requirements. Then, download the file again or download the file from a different location and transfer it to the target machine.
