Storage Overview

This section displays the local and cloud storage information for a specific agent.

You can now delete all Local or all Cloud recovery points with one button. For more details, see the article Options for Removing Recovery Points.

Offsite and Screenshot Status

The icons on the left indicate the status of the Cloud synchronization and screenshot status of the protected machine.

Note: Clicking on an empty box above the offsite status will allow a screenshot to be run on the selected backup.

Date

This lists the date and time of a successful backup.

Status

The status column displays if a backup is currently being synchronized offsite and/or if a screenshot was run on the same backup. If there was a screenshot that ran on the backup, then click the listing in this column to view the screenshot.

Size

Displays the amount of data that was transmitted from the protected machine to the SIRIS. This is not the current used space of the backup. It is slightly different, and the total backup size can be found in the Incremental Size section of the Storage Overview.

Options

Provides buttons to delete local and/or offsite snapshots. This is were the offsite storage needs to be managed to reduce the amount used in the cloud.

Some backups cannot deleted because of the need of connecting points to maintain the backups that are set offsite.
