This article explains the Advanced Device Status screen in a device's Remote Web interface. The Advanced Device Status shows screenshots that are queued as well as overall device and system information. The Advanced Device Status for a given device is in the device's Remote Web and under the Advanced tab.

2.1. Global Screenshot Queue
The Global Screenshot Queue shows the queue of all recovery points that are pending Screenshot Verification. Use this page to remove pending recovery points from their queue or clear the queue entirely.

2.2. System Health
Shows the average CPU load, GPU load, fan speed, and average CPU load for the device.

2.3. Hardware Information
This area displays overall hardware information for the device.

2.4. Drive Status
This displays the serial number of your device’s drives, as well as their type, size, any bad sectors, number of power on hours, power cycles, current running temperature, and any reported errors.

To prevent data loss, we recommend having a hard drive replaced if either of the following conditions are met:
- Bad sectors exceeds 5
- Errors exceeds 10
If these numbers are getting close to or exceed these guidelines, contact Technical Support for a more thorough analysis and possible drive replacement.
2.5. ZFS Subsystem Status
This section displays advanced information on the status of your device’s file system (ZFS). This information is used for advanced troubleshooting.
If there are issues here with read, write, and checksum errors, please let Technical Support know and they will assist with cleaning the storage array.
The power of ZFS allows Datto to run a scrub on the storage array without needing to have the OS and array unmounted; this is in effect a checkdisk command.
rtPool-[deviceID] storage array might be seen here. That indicates that a RoundTrip is either in progress or being accessed. When the RoundTrip is completed it will go away because the RoundTrip will be exported and sent back to Datto's data centers.

2.6. Package Versions
This section shows the Datto software packages installed on your device and their version. This section is used for troubleshooting.

2.7. Ubuntu Versions
You can use the Package Versions section to determine what version of Ubuntu is installed on your Datto appliance. Figure 9 shows the Package Versions that correspond with each Ubuntu release.
