Storm season is back, bringing with it the potential for significant weather events. If you have clients in areas prone to infrastructure disruption, visit the Disaster Recovery Resources guide for preparedness information. Datto recommends performing proactive disaster recovery testing to mitigate potential downtime. How do I access my Backupify for Salesforce account?

To log on to your Backupify account, please go to For Backupify for Salesforce accounts use the 'Log in using Backupify Credentials' section.

The email address will be the email that was specified during setup. Use the password that was created at setup or the most recent if it has since been updated. Remember, this password is not the password that is used to log in to Salesforce; this password is specific to the Backupify application.

To reset your password, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link and instructions will be emailed to the email that was specified during setup.

Note: If you attached a Salesforce backup to an existing Backupify for Google Apps account, then you would need to sign in to your Backupify for Google Apps account as the admin user.

Can a customer access Backupify from within SFDC?

Not right now. The logins are separate (meaning you sign in to Salesforce with different credentials than what you use for Backupify - there is no single sign on like for Google Apps).
