Accessing a Datto Appliance Through the Web Interface

This article describes how to access a Datto appliance's web interface.

  • Datto SIRIS
  • Datto ALTO
  • Datto NAS

You can access the web interface of a Datto appliance using one of the following methods:

Accessing the Datto Appliance from the LAN

If you are on the same LAN as the appliance, navigate to This page will list all Datto appliances available on your network. Click on the device you wish to access. This is useful if the appliance obtained a new IP address after moving to another location.

You can also enter the device's IP address in a web browser. If you cannot access or obtain its IP address, contact Datto Technical Support.

Accessing the Datto Appliance from a Remote Location

You can remotely access your Datto appliance's web interface using the Remote Web feature in the Partner Portal. The following steps require a Partner Portal account, and that your appliance meets all networking requirements in the SIRIS, ALTO, and DNAS Networking & Bandwidth Requirements article.

  1. Navigate to, and log in to your account.
  2. Click the Status tab, then select BCDR Status from the drop-down menu.
  3. Look for your appliance's name. You can also search its name using the search bar as shown in Figure 1.
  4. Click on the Device Web icon shown in Figure 1 to initiate a Remote Web session with your appliance.
