This article shows how to set custom email alerts and warnings for individual backup agents.
1. Choose the Protect tab in the device web UI, then select Configure Agent Settings.

2. Choose Email Notifications from the menu on the left side of the screen.

Toggle these options to enable email alerts for each successful screenshot, failed screenshot, or both.
Weekly backup reports
Selecting this option sends a full report of all backups taken during the calendar week.
This sends a warning email each time a backup fails to complete. This does not necessarily signify an error and backups may resume without intervention.
This option triggers an alert when a backup failure is caused by a specific error and is unlikely to resume without intervention.
Selecting this option sends a report of all activity for the agent. These can be very large.
Add Email Recipient
Click this button to add recipients' email addresses to the alert list. Click Refresh List to update. Click Apply to commit your changes.
Screenshot Has Not Occurred Notification
Use this box to enter how many hours may pass without a screenshot running prior to sending an alert warning. Enter 0 to disable this alert.
