This article describes the process to order a RoundTrip drive.
Before ordering a RoundTrip, see RoundTrip Overview.
1. Log into the Partner Portal.
2. Navigate to the Devices menu.
3. Click on Status 2.0, as shown in Figure 1.

4. From the list, find the device for which you want to order a RoundTrip. Then, click the Device Name.

5. Scroll to the RoundTrip section, as shown in Figure 3.

6. Click Order RoundTrip, and the RoundTrip Request Form will appear, as shown in Figure 4.

7. Fill in the form, and click Order RoundTrip.
