Partner Portal - Adding Services



This article explains how to add a service to a device, such as monthly service or add ShadowProtect Licenses (for G Series and Discontinued Devices) using a specified credit card.


From the Partner Portal, hover over Purchasing & Billing and select Service Billing.

After selecting a service, you will receive an invoice with the payment charged to the credit card you selected.
