This article describes the Agent Spotlight Tab in the Partner Portal. To access this panel, log into the Partner Portal, and click on the Devices menu. Then, click Status. Choose a device from the list. Then, click on the protected system you wish to view. The Agent Spotlight tab shows up in the left panel of the screen.

The Hostname of the Datto to which the Production Machine (Agent) is paired.
The Network Address (IP Address, FQDN, or Hostname) of the Production Machine. This displays how the Production Machine was initially paired.
Note: Datto recommends pairing agents by IP address or FQDN and NOT Hostname.
The ShadowProtect Serial number associated with the Production Machine.
Note: All ShadowSnap agents need a valid ShadowProtect license in order to backup locally.
Displays the OS version of the Production Machine.
Note: This is what ever is displayed by Microsoft on the Production Machine returned from Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI).
Displays the timezone of the Datto Device.
This setting will highlight an agent as needing attention after [N] number of days and hours from the last backup time.
Displays the status (good or bad) and the last screenshot image and time that was run for the Production Machine.
If you click on the Snapshots tab, you will see the panel as shown in Figure 2.

This panel lists all of the snapshots for that protected machine. Click on one of them to launch a Virtual Machine of that snapshot.
