Why does the status of my Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection job always show as ‘In Progress’ on the Backups page?


Typically, a given service only displays "In Progress" if an active backup job is running for the service in question. Google Apps accounts run backup jobs every day so they may display "In Progress" often.

If a job displays the "In Progress" status for an unusual amount of time, and you can see that there is no job running the history for the service, then you should contact Support.
