Your archived records are maintained for as long as you are a SaaS
Protection/Backupify customer, unless you explicitly ask to remove data.
We can set a customized data retention period for you for Gmail data
only. If you are an existing customer, we must wipe the
archived/historical Gmail data under your account in order to set a custom retention
period. If you are a new customer, we can set a retention period
during your initial on-boarding and setup.
