Your archived records are maintained for as long as you are a SaaS Protection/Backupify customer, unless you explicitly ask to remove data. Additionally, your Sales contact can help you set up a customized retention plan if you need one.
If you are an Enterprise or Enterprise Plus customer, we can set a customized data retention period for you for Gmail data only. If you are an existing customer, we would need to wipe your archived/historical Gmail data under your account to set a custom retention period... but, if you're a new customer, we can set a retention period during your initial on-boarding.
