- Clients - O365 clients pay a monthly rate dictated by their managing partner.
- Partners - O365 partners will be charged a monthly rate based on the number of seats provisioned for each customer and the corresponding pricing tier that number of seats falls into. This monthly rate will be charged once per month on the same day for all of a Partner’s clients.
Datto will not charge in arrears for the portion of the previous month the Partner had a new client provisioned. Instead we charge for the upcoming month based on the number of users seated per customer at the time of invoicing.
Note - SharePoint is different from other seat-based services. SharePoint is not associated with a specific user so it will show the same data regardless of the user in the drop-down. Sharepoint is included by default with an O365 backup purchase.
