Why was my Backupify for Salesforce backup cancelled?


If a backup is marked as 'cancelled' in your Recent Activity, it does mean we failed to have everything backed up, but we were 100% successful on what we could attempt. For example, if there are 10,000 items needed to be backed up, but we could only get to 8,000 before it was cancelled, it means that we backed up 2,000 successfully (when it says cancelled, but 100%), and we will resume backing up the remaining 2,000 items on the next backup.
