Backupify for G Suite 1.0: How can I update the credit card on file for my account?


We give you the ability to update your credit card directly from your account. Please log in to your Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for Google Apps account and follow the steps below:

A. Go to the gear icon in the top right, and click on Account Settings

B. Click on the 'Billing information' link on the left and you will be brought to a page where you can update your credit card. Please enter in the new card and click 'Submit'.

Note : If you do not see the 'Billing information' link on the left then means you are either manually invoiced or do not not have admin rights in the system to update the credit card on file. In this case, you will have to provide the credit card info either over the phone or via fax. Please contact and to arrange payment.

If your Account Settings page indicates that your account is 'Invoiced', you will need to contact Support to change the billing information we have on file for you.
