Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection: How do I access my invoice and receipt for my monthly charges?

Your billing profile is set up to automatically email you a PDF copy of your invoice after your charge is processed each month. We can only send PDF invoices to one email address. If you need to change the email address that is receiving these invoices, contact the Backupify Billing Department.

Accessing past invoices
We cannot allow customers to access invoices through the Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for G Suite website. If you need to retrieve a past invoice, submit a support request to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org

If you'd like a complete history of all of your billing profile's invoices, we can prepare that for you in .csv format.
