How do I access my invoice/receipt for my monthly charges?


By default, your billing profile is set up to automatically e-mail you a PDF copy of your invoice after your charge is processed each month. We can only send that PDF invoices to one e-mail address. If you need to change the e-mail address that is receiving these invoices, let us know. This e-mail address does not need to be the same as your primary administrator/domain owner.

We do not have the functionality to allow customers to access invoices through the Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for Google Apps website. If you need to retrieve a past invoice, please click here to submit a Support Request.

If you'd like a complete history of all of your billing profile's invoices, we can prepare that for you in .csv format.
