Do I receive any reports or e-mails from Backupify for Salesforce?


Yes! Every week, administrators receive an account status e-mail containing the following:

  • Status of a current backup
  • Status of each backup that week, by day
  • Average number of API calls used
  • Storage used
  • Number of active users in a Salesforce account

From the email, users can:

  • Log into their Backupify account
  • Contact support
  • View complete activity history
  • Update your preferences

To opt-out of weekly emails, admins can unsubscribe directly at the bottom of the email or change their preferences within Service Settings.
