Yes! Every week, administrators receive an account status e-mail containing the following:
- Status of a current backup
- Status of each backup that week, by day
- Average number of API calls used
- Storage used
- Number of active users in a Salesforce account
From the email, users can:
- Log into their Backupify account
- Contact support
- View complete activity history
- Update your preferences
To opt-out of weekly emails, admins can unsubscribe directly at the bottom of the email or change their preferences within Service Settings.
