Accessing and Using the Datto SaaS Protection Store



This article explains how to access the Datto SaaS Protection Store and use it to add new products and licenses for your clients.


Accessing the SaaS Store

To access the SaaS Store, go to and enter your credentials. You can also open the Partner Portal > Purchasing & Billing > Store and select the Datto SaaS Protection option. 

Note: Only Partner Portal users with 'Full Access' and 'Administrative' administrator roles can access the Partner SaaS Store/Application Management Dashboard.

Use the Select Customer drop-down menu to select one of your existing customers, or select the Create New Customer option for a first-time client. When you create a new customer, the name you use is for your own reference only. The application will identify the customer via their domain address.

Note that the SaaS Store is for ordering new products. If your client already uses all SaaS Protection products or simply wants to adjust their current license count, you should contact your Sales representative.

Select the product to protect for your client and then enter the number of users to protect in the Customer Seat section.

To protect more than one product, you will need to complete the process for the first product, then begin again for the second.

When finished, click Generate Quote to see pricing information for the tier of users you entered.

When you see the Confirm Quote page and are satisfied by the price quote, click Confirm Quote. This brings you to the Payment Method screen containing your payment and contact information. If this is your first time ordering, you will first need to enter all relevant information before proceeding. 

If you need to change your credit card information, contact Datto Support.

Click Confirm Purchase to continue.

Once you have confirmed the purchase, you can choose to begin the purchase process again for another SaaS Protection product by clicking Return to Store. You can also proceed to managing all of your clients' SaaS applications by clicking Manage Clients/Applications and opening the Application Management Dashboard.
