This article provides steps to resolve the Kroll error message "Kroll Cannot Reach License Authorization Service"
Sometimes while attempting a Kroll restore you will get the error message that states the following:
"Kroll Cannot Reach the License Authorization Service"
This is due to the machine that Kroll is running on being on a restricted network with limited internet access. To get Kroll to function correctly the following website needs to be fully white-listed to allow the application to reach out and verify the license file that is being used.
After this is done re-launch Kroll and you should be able to move forward with the granular restore.
