Why do my finished Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for Google Apps exports have an exclamation point next to them?


If you're seeing the above 'red triangle/exclamation mark' icon next to any of your completed exports, you have a completed export where at least 1 file failed to export; but, the export met our completion criteria (so we don't consider it a failure), and we provide you with the export link.

Support can verify for you how many files failed to export for any particular export run.

If you need to guarantee a 100% successful export, we would recommend re-running the export.
