Currently, updating the e-mail username that you use to log on to SaaS Protection/Backupify is a manual process that needs to be done by a Support representative. If you need to update/change the email username of your account, then please create a new support request and we will assist you in updating the username. Please be sure to submit the request from your current email address and include the new email address that you would like to update it to.
Note: Only Salesforce, Office 365, and Social Media customers can have their usernames manually updated. Google Apps usernames are permanently tied to the corresponding Google Apps account we're backing up.
