How Do I Set up Datto Drive?



How do I set up a new Datto Drive account?

1. Go to and click Sign Up Now.

2. Enter your first name and last name, then click Next.

3. Enter the email address you wish to use as the admin username for this Datto Drive account. Then enter the subdomain you wish to use. This subdomain will be the address you use to access Datto Drive on the web, and must be unique.

4. Create your admin password.

5. If you are a Datto Drive reseller, select yes in the drop-down menu. Otherwise, select no. Agree to the terms of service, check the Captcha box, then click Complete sign up.

Once setup is complete, access Datto Drive by going to <subdomain you selected> This takes you to the Admin window. You can now start creating additional user accounts and sharing files. 

End-user client accounts can only be created by end-user clients, not by Datto partners.
