Description

Datto can integrate with both Autotask PSA (Professional Services Automation) and Datto RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management). Datto recommends reviewing the appropriate troubleshooting article before contacting technical support

Refer to the Datto RMM Online Help for Datto RMM integration support. To find your API key for the RMM integration, follow the steps in this article.
If a newly-added system is not syncing properly with your integration, a reboot of the machine may resolve the issue.
