Why is my Backupify for Salesforce service still on Backupify's 'old' architecture?

In an effort to enhance service reliability, we have been migrating Backupify customers' data from Amazon-based storage (AWS S3) to Datto's private cloud since 2014. This transition provides our customers with better data security and integrity, increased backup performance, and improved overall reliability.
This process has been underway for our Google Apps and Office365 customers over the last several months, and we will begin the transition of our Salesforce customers over the Thanksgiving holiday.
If your Backupify for Salesforce service is still using Backupify's 'old' architecture, backups for your Salesforce account will be paused beginning on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2016 and resumed no later than Sunday, November 27th, 2016. These accounts have been scheduled for migration during this time to minimize impact on your business.
Should you have any concerns about this interruption of service, or whether or not your account qualifies, please contact Support.
