How do I manage multiple administrators in Backupify 2.0/Datto Saas Protection 2.0 for G Suite?

Environment

  • Datto SaaS Protection 2.0 for G Suite
  • Backupify 2.0 for G Suite

Answer

From the Status page, click Admin in the top menu to go to the Manage Administrators page.

On the Manage Administrators page, you can Add or delete administrators, as well as sort Administrators by name, email, and role.

Add a new administrator

Click the Add Administrator button.

Fill out the new administrator's details and create a password, then click Add.Figure 3: Fill out new administrator details

Deleting an administrator

To remove an administrator, find the username in the administrator list, then click Delete.

Confirm deletion by clicking Delete in the pop-up box.

Sorting administrators

 To sort administrators by name, email, or role, click on the appropriate column heading in the administrator list.
