Does Backupify back up Google Team Drive?



Does Backupify backup Google Team Drive? And, if so, does my Backupify account have Google Team Drive support?


Backupify 1.0 for G Suite & Backupify 2.0 for G Suite


If you are on Backupify 2.0 for G Suite, you have Team Drive support already! Check out this Knowledge Base article if you have Backupify 2.0 for G Suite, and need more information on how to locate and use your existing Team Drive backups. If the link is not working for you, you are not a Datto Partner, and do not have access to the Datto Partner Portal. If you're unsure of what version your G Suite service is on, see below.

If you are on the Backupify 1.0 for G Suite platform, your service will be automatically cut over to the 2.0 platform within the next few months. The 1.0 and 2.0 platforms feature unique feature/functionality sets, so if you are a Premier customer or Datto Partner, please engage with your Customer Success Manager or Partner Success Manager to discuss these changes.
