How do I change my password in Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for G Suite?

Environment

  • Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection for G Suite

Answer

Log in to Backupify/Datto SaaS Protection, then click the G Suite button to reveal the link to G Suite Classic. Click on G Suite Classic.

Once on the G Suite Classic dashboard, click the username email in the upper right corner of the Backupify Dashboard, then select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.

In Account Settings, click Change Password on the left sidebar. Enter the current password, then set and confirm your new password.

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password and need to reset it, you may click Forgot Your Password? at the login page.  You will be emailed by Datto with further instructions to reset your password.
