The Datto Networking App is a mobile application used to monitor a Datto Networking environment remotely from a device such as your phone. All of your networks, access points, switches, and managed power units are viewable in the app, available with granular insight, statistics, and metrics to assess the status and health of each device.
Both the iOS and Android versions share the same interface.

Installing the App
2. Click Install. Follow any necessary device-specific prompts that may follow.
3. Once complete, verify that the Networking app and icon is present on your device.
When launching the app for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your Datto Partner Portal account credentials. Press Forgot Your Password to send a Password Reset request to the email address associated with your account, or press Request Account to register for a new account. If TouchID or a fingerprint authenticator is enabled on your phone, this can also be used to login to the app.
Navigating the Interface
The Networks page is the landing page for the app. All network groups, networks, and devices associated with your account are shown here, alongside a total number of each device in each network.
Each network is grouped inside a network group. Press on the ✎ next to the to network group to rename it.
When viewing networks and network groups, you can add these and devices using the app by pressing the + on the bottom-right of the screen. Click on a function to learn more:
The Datto Networking App segments each device into its own section per network. Pressing on View Network, or a populated device section, will display all devices under that network by name. Use the ✎ next to the network name to rename it. Press on a device to view detailed information about it. For a breakdown of each device's page, click on one below to learn more:
You can also view information about connected clients by pressing the Clients tab. For additional information about the Clients page, see the Clients article.
The Sidebar can be accessed whenever the ≡ icon is present on the top-left corner of the screen, and is used for navigational purposes.
A. Networks: This page contains all networks associated with your account.
B. Support: Pressing this will redirect you to Datto Technical Support.
C. Log Out: Pressing this will log you out of the Datto Networking App.
